- How far is Tsonga from the Kruger National Park?
- We are about 45 minutes from Kruger's Orpen Gate, the closest gate to us. Phabeni Gate is roughly 1 hr 15 min away.
- What is the difference between the self-catering and bed & breakfast apartments?
- Every apartment has one bedroom and one en-suite bathroom. Self-catering units add a kitchenette so you can cook for yourself; bed & breakfast units include breakfast, laid out each morning on the veranda.
- What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Tell us in advance if you will arrive late and we will arrange access.
- What does it cost to stay?
- Rates depend on the season and the length of your stay. Send an enquiry and we will confirm exact rates and availability within 24 hours.
- Can I cancel a booking?
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Later cancellations are charged the first night.
- Is there parking?
- Free secure parking on site. The property is gated, with an entrance and a separate exit driveway.
- Are children welcome?
- Children of all ages are welcome. The pool is unfenced and unsupervised, so children need to be watched by an adult.
- Can I bring a pet?
- No pets, with the exception of registered service animals.
- Is there WiFi and air conditioning?
- Yes — every apartment has free WiFi, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.
- Where exactly are you?
- We are in Mafemani, Mpumalanga, 5 min from Dwarsloop Mall for shops, a pharmacy and fuel. Full directions are on the contact page.
- Can you arrange a game drive or an airport transfer?
- Yes. Mention it in your enquiry — tick "transfer needed" or add a note — and we will arrange it and confirm the cost with you before you arrive.
